Treating the whole person
At The 58th Street Presbyterian Home, we know that meeting a person’s medical needs is only part of caring for the whole person. That’s why we combine outstanding medical care with a varied program of daily activities and regular off-campus excursions with our wheelchair-accessible van. Fun and fulfilling recreational therapy includes gardening, pet therapy and reminiscing activities, as well as holiday celebrations and seasonal special events. Our landscaped grounds and gardens are ideal for strolls and enjoying the fresh air. Local childcare centers and nearby “adopted” elementary schools also provide the opportunity for fun, intergenerational visits and programs. Visit us soon at the 58th Street Presbyterian Home and tour our “healing haven.”
